According to DGUV regulation 3 (earlier BGV A3) the buyer is obligated to perform a test of the electric safety of portable devices before the first use. Elektron Berlin directly does the test after the device is mounted, so that customers don’t loose any time.

Each of the individual tests is performed with a special diagnostic program and gets recorded. Defects are excluded due to this unique method
